NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that a request is on file in the office of the Planning Commission of the City of Arkansas City, Kansas for the following and that a public hearing will be held to consider:

VACATING OF RIGHT OF WAY

The North 8 feet of the Washington Avenue Right of Way adjoining Lot 14 Block 69 Original Town, Arkansas City, Kansas from the East Right of Way line of Summit Street to the West Right of Way line of the alley.    

A public hearing will be held on the 8th day of July 2025 at 5:30 PM in the Conference Room at the Water Treatment Facility 400 W Madison Avenue.
