What We Do
The Municipal Court Office manages all functions of the Arkansas City Municipal Court.

We hear cases involving

• Misdemeanors
• Criminal and traffic offenses
• Domestic violence
• Petty theft
• Disorderly conduct
• Driving under the influence (DUI)

Court Schedule (Tuesdays)

• Payment Docket: 1:00 – 3:00 PM
• Arraignments: 1:30 PM
• Trials: 2:30 PM

Clerk’s Office Hours

Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Payments & Documents

Fines: Pay at the Finance Office (across the hall), by phone at (620) 441-4401, or online

Proof of Insurance: Email to municipalcourt@arkansascityks.gov or bring to the Clerk’s office before your hearing

Diversion: Some offenses may qualify—see the City’s Diversion Policy for details
