The Agri-Business Building is a City-owned facility available to non-profit organizations, for-profit and commercial ventures, and other persons and groups.

The City rents the building, and it is available equally to all citizens. The Agri-Business Building is ideal for: 

  • Family reunions
  • Dances 
  • Meetings
  • Agricultural
  • Business and recreation activities

A park with playground equipment is located across the street, with an outdoor public swimming pool and tennis courts. The building is heated, with an air-conditioned office. Off-street parking is available.

The 23,000-square-foot building will seat 1,200 people comfortably in the south area. The overhead clearance is 18 feet and 3 inches, and the building has 220 and 110 electrical outlets, one concession area, restrooms, and a ticket area.

Non-profit agencies or groups may rent tables and chairs provided they are not needed in the building on the date requested. Rentals will be limited to no more than two consecutive days.
