The Building, Planning and Codes Office is located on the second floor of City Hall at 118 W. Central. Staff includes the Director, Secretary/Permit Clerk, Nuisance Abatement Inspector, Combination Inspector and GIS Coordinator.  We also have a part-time Commercial inspector to assist with the school and hospital projects.
 
Office Hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am-12:00pm and 1:00pm-5:00pm
