Annette Roach started her employment with the City of Arkansas City on March 27, 2006.  Prior to her employment with the City, she worked for the State of Kansas as a Deputy Court Clerk for the Arkansas City District Court for two and a half years.  Prior to that time, she worked with a local attorney’s office.  Annette looks forward to working with and assisting the citizens of Arkansas City.
