The Arkansas City Convention & Visitor's Bureau (CVB) makes planning and implementing a meeting, reception, reunion, or event less time-consuming and more streamlined.   We provide a range of services and packages to assist you. Before a meeting begins, CVB professionals can help locate meeting space, check hotel availability, and arrange for site inspections. CVBs can also link planners with the suppliers, from motor coach companies and caterers, to off-site entertainment venues, helping meet the prerequisites of any event.

The CVB also assists visitors and those relocating to our community.   Visitor services include attractions, dining, shopping, festivals and tours.   Arkansas City is a wonderful place to play.
