The Planning Commission serves as the Board of Zoning Appeals. The Board shall keep minutes of its proceedings, showing evidence presented, findings of fact by the Board, decisions of the Board and the vote upon each question. Records of all official action of the Board shall be filed in its office and shall be a public record. Board responsibilities include: hearing appeals, requests for variances, and exceptions.
Agendas and Minutes of the board before it was combined with the Planning Commission can be found below. The change in structure occurred in August 2016. The structure is noted in Article 25 of the Zoning Regulations.
